I got my wish though. I’ve only really had two jobs my whole life, and I started the second one a day after I was done at the first. I just wanted a little break in between. I’ve had a month-long break.

I’m not sure I think it’s a sinus infection anymore. I slept like a baby on Friday night after being up all Thursday night, then last night… Ugh. I went to work without really sleeping in 24 hours.

Good thing I don’t have much going on for it these days. I hope I’ll stay this well to work tomorrow. I’ve spent all of today making up for the sleep I didn’t get last night. All my late nights lately have made me so glad for NCIS reruns.

The mofo keeps freezing. I’m trying to pinpoint the problem but I can’t figure it out. Something called SideBySide keeps failing, and I’m still trying to figure out what it is.

On a personal note, today is the first day where I feel almost back to normal. I ate some McDonald’s fries and a chicken wrap. They tasted quite good!

Off to watch an old SNL with Hugh Laurie. LOL. Like I’m going anywhere. The TV is right beside me. Time to really look at my dashboard!

I haven’t posted in a few days because I was very ill. I think I’m on the right medication now so hopefully I’ll get better. If only I could eat… Maybe food will taste better when I’m sure it’s not coming right back up.

Working on the weekend isn’t very fun. I’m so tired — I can’t even set up a decent queue.

I’ve put in my application for unemployment as well as filed a complaint with Employment Standards. I was ripped off on vacation pay because the board is stupid and won’t listen to reason. I also tidied some more and actually did laundry for the first time in a week.

It’s gone from zero days to a week. I need to get my shit together. I guess I’m a little  depressed as well.

I’m fine now. I’m even better because I have an appointment with the library on Tuesday. I may not have to go on unemployment! (But I’d like a few days off.) Other than holidays, I have worked for twelve years straight.

I haven’t cried about it in a few weeks, but I can’t promise anything for tomorrow.
